Course program
The course, that will be thought jointly with Dr. Alessandra De Luca and Dr. Caterina Silvestri, aims at the comparison between the religious clauses of the US Constitution and the Italian notion of "laicità". The students will be reading, in a seminar style class, the relevant decisions of the US Supreme Court, some Italian Tribunals, the Italian Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
