Learning Objectives
The course aims to strengthen the instruments of juridical analysis by the utilisation of comparative methods
Prerequisites
Students must have passed the exam of Diritto amministrativo
Teaching Methods
Students will be required to intervene and discuss in class so to improve the skill to debate on juridical issues

The last lectures will be held by prof. Jean Bernard Auby of the University of Sc.po-Paris. Same others foreign Professors will intervene during the course.
Type of Assessment
The participants in the course will submit a written report on one of the topics covered by the lectures, which will take the place of the oral exam
Course program
After a brief introduction on the Italian system, as for the most significant aspects in the comparative perspective, the course will take into specific consideration the English, French, Spanish and German systems. One specific part of the course will be dedicated to the study of the European Union and of the impact of European law on national systems
