This course in Economics aims at providing the basic notions of microeconomics and macroeconomics which are necessary to understand the working of modern globalized economies.Special attention will be given to those features of microeconomics which are more relevant for law students,such as:externalities,public goods and asymmetric information,non perfectly competitive markets and antitrust policies,the role of the State in the markets,firm theory and corporate governance.
